Freebird Semiconductor to attend and present at 2018 Space Parts Working Group

Radiation Hardened “GaN Driving GaN Power Driver Technology” Presentation

The Space Parts Working Group (SPWG) is sponsored by The Aerospace Corporation, in cooperation with the U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) and the National Reconnaissance Office. Now in its 47th year, SPWG is an unclassified, international forum for disseminating information to the aerospace industry and for resolving problems with high-reliability electronic piece parts for space applications.

The meeting will include presentations from government agencies (including SMC, NRO, NASA, the Missile Defense Agency, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Air Force Research Laboratory, the European Space Agency, the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency, and the Canadian Space Agency), Launch Vehicle Manufacturer’s PM&P Practices, prime system contractors and subcontractors, part suppliers, and laboratories.

Freebird Semiconductor’s Chief Strategy Officer, Jim Larrauri, shall be presenting a 2018 overview update our Radiation Hardened “GaN Driving GaN Power Driver Technology” during the April 10th, 2018 Session.

The 2018 SPWG will be held April 10th, 2018 in Torrance CA.
